What if I am unhappy with my product?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email email@example.com. Please include your order number and details of the problem, and we will do our best to help.
Can I get a refund or replacement?
As Julia's art prints are printed to order we can only offer a refund or replacement if there is a quality issue with the product. If there is a problem with your order we will always do our best to rectify it by sending a replacement product as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with the quality of your print order and wish to claim a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and any issues, so we can issue a full or partial reimbursement, if necessary.
