Campbeltown Print

SKU: JG0046

Campbeltown is a delightful coastal town where hardy, Scots pine trees share the seashore with tropical palms. The Gulf Stream came to Campbeltown and brought with it flora from the exotic south, which often fools unsuspecting tourists into thinking that they will get sunkissed when they visit this lovely part of Britain. The Campeltown Courier commissioned me to create this illustration of their town and celebrate its cultural offering to the world that includes whiskey, cream and fish. The lovely Linda McCartney sits peacefully in her garden whilst two cheeky oyster catchers explore the coastline south, in search of the sun.
