Athens Art Print

SKU: JG0007

I visited Athens after I drew it a few years ago and therefore have an itch to redraw it, based on my experience of wandering through the pretty, little streets of Plaka and spending time soaking up the vibrant atmosphere in and around the vast food market. This is the lifeblood of Athens however its ancient history is what brings in tourists from around the world. Like them, I climbed the Parthenon and looked down over this iconic Mediterranean city and over to Lycabettus Hill. I walked under the massive columns at the Temple of Zeus that have stood for centuries and will continue to do so, long after the tourists have gone.
